Most of my large scale global training implementations required that I deliver train-the-trainer sessions. In addition to in-person classes, I developed a series of adult eLearning courses to serve as pre-requisite training.
Learners at several major pharmaceutical companies were amazed at the creativity and execution involved in these learning courses and have continued to use these courses to prepare their learning departments for training delivery. These courses continue to serve as our professional and creative benchmark!
My client, a biotech company, asked me to develop training to explain their newly automated product labeling process. They were using some uninspiring presentations and needed an innovative approach to engage their existing learners as well as upcoming new hires.
Through storyboarding, narration scripting, and iterative reviews, I efficiently collected client feedback to design and develop required eLearning courses. Seeing the technological possibilities inspires creativity and encourages collaboration with my clients, producing new ways of engaging their learners. I truly enjoy this type of partnering!
My client, a growing biotech company, was implementing EU IDMP ISO standards and asked me to develop short eLearning courses to prepare various departments in Regulatory Affairs. Although these standards and regulations are complicated, I made use of animated images, colors, and text to explain the concepts. This is a snippet of one of the eLearning course.
One of my large pharmaceutical clients was updating their information management platform and asked me to create engaging courses. To do this, I developed an interactive training that presented learners with management concepts, graphs, and interactive knowledge checks.
My client, a biotech company, needed an interactive and engaging quiz to reinforce newly learned knowledge and skills to record product data in a regulatory information management system.
The result was a building block game that allowed the learner to make decisions about the next steps which changed based on the selections they made. The objective was to get the highest score but would pass as long as they made the correct choices 80% of the time.
